Ingredients
- Chooda / anchovy – 250 gm
- Onion – 2 small, thinly sliced
- Garlic – 1 tbsp, thinly sliced
- Ginger – 1 tbsp, thinly sliced
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder – 2.5 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – To taste
- Curry leaves – 2 – 3 sprigs
- Coconut oil – To shallow/deep fry
Method
Combine all the ingredients except coconut oil. Set aside for 15 minutes. Deep/shallow fry. Serve immediately.
