Ingredients
- Eggs – 5
2. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt – As required
Water – 1 tbsp or as required
3. Coconut oil – 1 – 1.5 tbsp
Method
Brush idli plates with oil.
Crack an egg into the idli molds as shown in the picture below.
Steam cook for 8 – 9 minutes. Remove using a spoon after 3 minutes.
Combine all the ingredients numbered 2.
Marinate egg with this spice mixture. Let rest for 5 – 10 minutes.
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the eggs for 1 – 2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
